Your data processed when using our website will be erased or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, the erasure of the data is not contrary to any statutory retention obligations, and no different information is provided below regarding individual processing procedures.
Server Data
For technical reasons, particularly to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our web space provider. These so-called server log files collect, among other things, the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you accessed our website (referrer URL), the websites of our website that you visit, the date and time of the respective access, and the IP address of the internet connection from which the use of our website is made.
This data collected is temporarily stored, but not together with other data of yours.
This storage is based on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.
The data will be deleted no later than seven days, unless further retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes. Otherwise, the data will be wholly or partially excluded from deletion until the final clarification of an incident.

a) Session Cookies
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies placed and stored on your device by your web browser. These cookies process certain information, such as your browser or location data and IP address, to enhance the usability, efficiency, and security of our website. For example, cookies allow our website to be displayed in different languages or enable shopping cart functionality.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, provided the data processing is necessary for contract initiation or fulfillment.
If processing is not required for contract-related purposes, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website, making Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR the applicable legal basis.

Social Plugins
Our website uses social plugins from the providers listed below. These plugins can be identified by their respective logos.
Through these plugins, information—including personal data—may be transmitted to the service provider and potentially used by them. Only after activation will the plugin collect and transmit information to the respective service provider. We do not collect personal data through social plugins or their use.
We have no control over the data collected by an activated plugin or how the provider processes it. It is assumed that activating a plugin establishes a direct connection to the provider’s services, collecting at least the user's IP address and device-related information. Additionally, service providers may attempt to store cookies on the user's device. For details on the specific data collected and its usage, please refer to the privacy policies of the respective providers.
